Light and dark
Your light is your only weapon. Everything it doesn't touch is hunting you.
About this game
The light is a weapon you have to aim.
You are one white square in a vast black nothing. Your beam is how you see and how you fight - sweep it across the dark and whatever it catches burns. But the beam only points one way. Everything outside it is invisible, and the swarm prefers your blind side. They circle, they wait for you to look away, and they close in from behind.
At the centre of the void sits a white safe zone. Inside it, nothing can reach you and time itself stops - no timer, no payouts, no pressure. Step out into the dark and survival pays continuous score and light. The dark pays for your stay, but only for as long as you can hold it.
Spend what you earn in the Light Shop, a board of six upgrades with ten tiers apiece - reach, width, burn power, agility, speed, and a slower, steadier income of light. Every purchase turns a wider, deadlier cone against the things that live outside it.
Survive long enough and the milestones come.
You get three lives. Each hit throws you back to the centre of the safe zone with everything you've earned intact.
- Mouse-aimed cone of light: your vision, your weapon, your only defence
- Enemies that are nearly invisible in the dark and hunted only when lit
- A safe zone where nothing can follow - and time stands still
- Six upgrade lines, ten tiers each
- Bosses every minute that scale to your own power
- Three lives, one endless dark, an interactive blackboard of a record to beat
