The offsite, a teammate's birthday, quarter-end crunch or the office move. Then 3 minutes of questions: your team's name, the meeting that could have been an email, the tool that always breaks.
Each person picks a title, a catchphrase and the thing that slows them down at work.
Put it on one screen and keep the balloon up as a team. A person checks every game before we build it.
