About this game
It is 2 a.m. and your phone rings. A stranger is on the line, and she is scared. Someone is outside her window. Stay On The Line is a horror story you play by talking. Speak out loud and she answers in her own voice, in real time. She remembers what you told her ten minutes ago. She notices when you lie. Somewhere in the conversation she says something about you that she should not know. Your goal is simple: keep her talking until sunrise. What you say changes how far she trusts you, what she tells you and whether she is still on the line when the sun comes up. The look is soft and murky, a bedroom lit only by a phone screen. Use headphones. Turn off the lights. Do not hang up.
